The Zionist Campaign Against ICE – National Justice

The Zionist Campaign Against ICE

The mass media, NGOs and professional open borders activists have made agitating for the abolition of ICE their top priority under the Trump administration.

The bad faith criticism is that illegal immigrant detention facilities are rife with abuses. In corporate media outlets, stories of immigrants dying in ICE and CBP custody have tried to tap into the American imagination by seeding a narrative that asserts a genocide is happening on the US border.

Yesterday, Pro Publica – a non-profit financed by Wall Street hedge funds and big business – released an “investigation” implying that the death of 16-year-old Guatemalan illegal immigrant Carlos Gregorio Hernandez Vasquez in a Border Patrol holding facility in McAllen, Texas was due to callous neglect from staff.

A number of organizations who look to change policy through courts rather than elections have have been piling lawsuits onto ICE and CBP, using similar “investigations” like ProPublica’s to claim systematic atrocities.

The problem is there is no evidence that illegal aliens are being mistreated.

Illegal Immigrants Are Treated Better than Jailed Americans

Despite the sudden massive influx of illegal aliens, immigrant detention centers are better funded and have a significantly lower mortality rate than facilities meant to hold Americans.

According to federal statistics, the government only spent $88.52 per bed on Americans being held in its prison system in 2017. In the same year, the Immigration Forum estimated that $195 dollars were spent per illegal alien in ICE or CBP custody.

The mortality rate in holding facilities for Americans versus ones for illegal aliens shows a wide gulf as well. While stories of immigrants dying in ICE facilities are blared all over the news to create a false impression meant to generate outrage,

In 2018, only 2.3 people died per 100,000 detainees in immigration facilities. In contrast, 128 out of 100,000 Americans die in jails, and 264 per 100,000 in the prison system.

The causes of death in the prison and jail system are similar to those in ICE and CBP facilities: medical issues, suicides, accidents, and so on. Homicides are not as big of a factor in immigrant detention facilities due to much better security and fewer blacks.

While some would argue that illegal entry into the United States is not a “serious” offense nor prosecuted as one (though it is a crime), neither are a myriad of other legal violations you can be jailed for as a citizen. What open borders activists want is to make it even more attractive to enter the US illegally. It’s not an exaggeration to say that illegal aliens have a higher quality of life even in American ICE and CBP facilities than they do in their home countries.

The fact that illegal aliens are given free health care by the same government that calls it “socialism” (even the Democrats other than Sanders and Warren are iffy on Medicare for All)  for everyone else is an insult to injury for working and middle class Americans that are struggling to pay for their premiums, medication and hospital bills.

Under both the Obama and now the Trump administration, “transgender” detainees are even provided non-essential medication, like free hormone therapy. This is attracting an unusual number of transsexuals to illegally immigrate, which provides a public relations nightmare to the government due to the privileged place transgenders have in the minds of the wealthy and their tendency towards  astronomical rates of HIV and suicide.

It is not controversial to believe American citizens, whether they are incarcerated or not, should be treated better than those illegally entering the country, but this common sense opinion is not reflected in our national discourse.

“Liberal Zionist” Activists

While on the surface the system makes it look like the public is indignant over migrant detention at the border, it is all smoke and mirrors produced by plutocrats and their agents.

The somewhat more grassroots “abolish ICE” protests, for example, was largely seeded by a handful of anarchists (“Occupy ICE”) who appear to have gotten bored once they realized few people were with them.

The torch has now been passed to Jewish astroturf organizations, some without a disguise and others wearing a Sombrero over their kippahs.

The latter wing is being coordinated by Movimiento Cosecha, which “believes in using non-cooperation to leverage the power of immigrant labor and consumption and force a meaningful shift in public opinion.”

This group, along with its overtly Jewish counterpart “Never Again Action,” is known for publicity stunts in which they force the police to arrest them while disrupting ICE as it takes criminals with deportation warrants into custody.

Cosecha, despite its Spanish name and claims to inheriting the labor traditions of Mexican farm workers, was started and is coordinated by a Jew named Serena Adlerstein.

Never Again Action, an “intersectional” Jewish organization, is an outgrowoth of IfNotNow, which Adlerstein is also a part of. Never Again Is Now leverages “Holocaust” imagery to try and make the public feel guilty about protecting America’s borders.

Both Cosecha and Never Again Is Now are professionally trained in activism and funded by “incubator” NGOs and non-profits, as pointed out in Ashley Rae Goldenberg’s research.

Goldenberg and some more hardline Zionists have criticized IfNotNow and its activists for being “anti-Israel,” but that doesn’t tell the whole story.

Goldenberg suggests that Adlerstein and IfNotNow are hostile to the Jewish state due to a campaign they ran where members would take their birthright trip, then protest Israel’s settlements.

As of 2019, the group has now apologized for this tactic after pressure from the Jewish community and internal protests from its members.

IfNotNow has no relations with Palestinian rights groups, does not support the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, and focuses its criticism on the Israeli state’s expansionist policies, not the racial supremacist ideology of Zionism itself. They are engaging in an internal policy dispute that is well within the framework of Jewish racism.

The way the Israeli government treats minorities within its own borders is far more vicious than anything happening at the US border, yet they are not protesting outside the offices of the Anti-Defamation League or World Jewish Congress. They oppose AIPAC, but support J-Street.

IfNotNow does not disagree that Israel is a “Jewish state,” which would be the equivalent of Donald Trump declaring America a white state.

Support for Israel, even in its liberal form, is increasingly taboo among Millennials. The new Jewish groups popping up are an attempt to rehabilitate the Jewish image in left-wing organizing spaces (Jews since the start of the NAACP have seen coalition building against the white majority as a way to bolster Jewish power). The Jews who run Movimiento Cosecha, IfNotNow, and Never Again Action could score massive credibility among their peers by supporting a multicultural Israel that is a pluralistic democracy where Palestinians are full and equal citizens, but they refuse to do it.

“Liberal Zionists” are still Zionists. And their campaign against ICE and CBP is yet another demonstration of the chutzpah of Zionist interlopers.
